Shipping and Returns Policy
Supply of Goods
The products sold on our website are all shipped from our base in Nenagh, Co Tipperary, Ireland. We try to make and supply goods within 3-5 days but sometimes due to high demand items may take a little longer to be dispatched.
Postage and packaging charges
Prices are shown exclusive of delivery/postage and packaging charges. These are shown separately at the checkout stage. Our delivery in Ireland is by a third party courier service (Fastway Couriers) that provides a tracking number. A local pickup option is also available free of charge.
We know just how important it is that your gift arrives on time and we try to get orders made and dispatched within 3-5 working days. For delivery within Ireland, once your order is picked up it will be delivered next day as per Fastway policy.
We also use a third party courier service to the UK and the recommended delivery time is 5 working days.
We use the postal service for delivery to Europe and all destinations outside of Europe and the recommendations are:

Circumstances beyond our control
Neither we, nor any courier or carrier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances to include but not be limited to any adverse weather conditions – such as snow, flood, extreme winds, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.
Can I return items?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return in its original condition with the receipt within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund, or credit note.

How can I return items?
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in original packaging, including receipt. Also it is recommended the item is returned by registered post as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches Mr Sports Gift. The return cost is customer’s responsibility only. We will not accept returns if there is evidence the item has been used or damaged in any way.
Who pays the shipping for returns?
Shipping for returns is paid by the customer. In the case where an item is agreed to be defective or not the item ordered by the customer a new item will be issued in replacement, at cost to Mr Sports Gift.
Can I get credit for returns?
In the case where an item is defective a replacement item will be issued. If the customer wishes they may receive a refund or credit note.
